Trust me Bluejay, not even Jolene in her underwear can make that atrocity watchable...

As for the Jolene/Jolie comparisons, I can easily imagine teenage T'pol looking like this:

Who's that? Kidding. Just one thing comes to mind though : everybody looks like somebody. AJ is AJ, Jolene is Jolene.

It's funny though, stuff like this always reminds me of the breeding programs of the Bene Gesserit of the Dune books (them and their damn imprinters! ) Parallel bloodlines, eh?

Unfortunately her track record for being in really bad shows / movies since Enterprise remains intact.

On the bright side, she is still pretty hot!

Just caught Jolene on "10 Items" and she was good considering the show is pretty stupid, the main cast is annoying as hell. Favorite part was when Jolene commented on how their current situation reminded her of the episode "Catwalk" and how she admits of being a geek. Also cute how the cast called her by her full name.

She looks fantastic, must share Angelina Jolie's DNA of looking better the older they get! Also add both AJ and JB were born in 1975. The acting biz is alot of dumb luck and fate, saw one of AJ's early flicks called "Cyborg 2" and thought how far she's gone in her career and maybe with a few roles that went the other way, in some parallel universe its Jolene receiving accolades for "Changeling" and Angelina starring in "Starship Troopers 3."

I saw "10 items" too, and I was wandering... was that show always that bad, or was this just a freak episode? Because that thing was just not funny (though *humor* has become a loose term these days).
On the positive note, Jolene hadn't looked this good since ENT S3.
But like Middleman said, her track record has become disturbing, and Blalock is definitely too young to be a *has-been.* She needs a new agent or something.

OT ; was watching BtI again and suddenly realised T'Pol's dental problem later on probably came from eating pecan pie. Not very sure what's going on but my thoughts on ENT seemed unusually scattered even after watching a 2nd round.

Read an article yesterday, said that Scott Bakula will be guest starrin' on NBC's Chuck later this season, playin' Papa Bartowski, a former rival to Chevy Chase's character.

Yup! Scott's going to be playing Chuck's dad in at least 3 episodes. Plus, as someone else mentioned, he's already wrapped a starring role opposite Matt Damon in Steven Soderbergh's The Informant due to be released in September. Wait till you see what they did to his hair .

In addition, his pilot "Men of a Certain Age' (a one hour dramedy written and costarring Ray Romano) has been picked up by TNT and will start to air next January.

And, of course, don't forget his appearance at the 20th Anniversary Quantum Leap Convention in just 8 weeks (www.leapback2009.com). Just read that Don Bellisario who produced the show as well as JAG, NCIS and Magnum, PI has been added to the guest list. Going to be awesome! Hope to see some of you there.

btw...Scott also appeared in 4 of the 5 Tracy Ullman's show ("State of the Union") eps this year and I don't know about you but I also saw his American Body Shop episode and I still haven't stopped laughing. A very grizzled, womanizing, one legged Scott Bakula impersonator. ROTFL. What a role!!!
