Lifeboat and My Dinner with Andre are perfect examples. They are so well-scripted and directed that even though all the action takes place in a very small area, they are excellent, riveting films. Also, Hitchcock's other one-room dramas, Rope and Rear Window, are excellent films. Although, in Rear Window, we can see outside the room while the main character never leaves.
I would also recommend the original Sleuth or Deathtrap.
While not nearly as good as the two above, Phone Booth mainly takes place inside the phone booth. That's a pretty darn limited area.

Does Alien count? It has multiple sets, but they're all on the same ship.
EDIT: Wait, never mind. There are scenes on the planet surface and on the "Space Jockey" ship. So, no, it wouldn't count.

The Divide wasn't spectacular or anything but it was reasonably watchable and it qualifies.

For a movie taking place in just one location, I would add The Poseidon Adventure to the list. Everything happens on the ship.
There was also the scene where they tried to climb down a rope they made out of their clothes. That would have been a different set, but they were still in the Cube itself.

I second the nominations of Rope and Buried. And I haven't seen it, but there's Compliance, also. And Deterrence.
