Do the movies count? TSFS treats us to Uhura pulling a phaser on Mr. Adventure, and TUC gives us Valeris shooting some kitchenware, then later coming after Burke and Samno in sickbay.

I'm just watching Gamesters (as already mentioned) and Uhura is armed and there's even a female navigator on the Enterprise. Joy
