What are best acted scenes in Trek?

Brent Spiner at the end of The Most Toys. Data makes a calculated logical rational decision to kill Kivas Fajo and then after being snatched away seconds before he can do the deed lies about why the weapon was discharging. Spiner's delivery is just heartbreaking and it left me firmly convinced that Data always had emotions, just that they were different in some ways from biological beings emotions, until the emotion chip came along and made them stronger and more evident.

I had to rewatch the scene just to follow up on this post, and you're definitely right. Even the way Spiner intends to fire was fairly blatant, and coupled with the outright lie he gave to Riker shows Spiner's ability to switch on and off (like an emotion chip!). Definitely some good work there.

Harris Yulin at the end of Duet, when he breaks down. Reduces me to tears every time.

How about that woman in "Silicon Avatar", she did a good job.
Also, Avery Brooks was a horrible actor and the breakdown at the end of "Far Beyond the Stars" just cements it as one of my least favorite trek episodes in any series. I'd rather watch Threshold again.
