No, the sleeve cuffs tuck into the wrist, the sleeves themselves still cover the arms.

Wow,I have been in out of the forum 4 awhile now,there is a lot of tension and sarcasm in all directions,loosen up all of ya!

It's a spoof of another thread, which was closed, about TOS boots. You can still see it but can't post in it, obviously. It rapidly turned into an... interesting... discussion, and STC was basically making fun of the entire thread with his OP in this thread.

Satire is a good thing... but it DOES help to know what's being satirized, doesn't it?
