Wesley Crusher... am I the only one not annoyed by him?

I don't hate Wesley Crusher, per say... but if I had to choose a character that I liked the least, it would be Wesley.

I think Wesley would have been a lot less annoying if he'd been part of a peer group within the ship's crew rather than constantly hanging around his mother's friends and peers.

Think Lower Decks later in TNG.

I don't mind him. Although I didn't start watching STNG until the later seasons, so I hadn't really seen any of the earlier stuff until re-runs.
