Never had a battered mars bars myself, always looked horrible to be honust, but spam fritters are fantastic.
One year we all got Spam® in our Stockings, Hung by the Chimney...etc., etc.
Problem was, the cans were so heavy, they overcame the fireplace mantle weight/holders, and caused many a chip in the faux brick hearth...
The "weather" inside was Frightful, that year, at my Mom and Dad's house.
Never did get to taste it...
