Wednesday (5/27) - $1.81 M - $194.8 M Domestic - #1 Movie of 2009

okay, then I'm getting tix for Trek and watching both Trek and Drag me to Hell ;)

DmtH looks fun--but if it is as scary as The Grudge, I'm gonna need a shot of something beforehand... that thing was disturbing, and only PG-13 to boot.

Taps foot, waiting for Thursday figures...

I'm going to see Up in 3D this weekend. I'll be buying my ticket(s) -- four of them -- online this afternoon or tomorrow morning.

My husband will want me to go with him to see the Pixar flick, too. He's a software developer, and he usually doesn't miss those. It looked ok in the preview.

Up will be the only film with over $30 million this weekend, and depending on how hard NatM drops, it might be the only film over $25 million.

I am just shocked at T4's and Night at the Museum's #'s. I thought for sure both would gross more than Trek, but they are off to very slow starts with little hope of catching it now.

Same here. Family outing. But I'll be eyeing the theater showing Star Trek longingly as I walk in. Since I'm working at home most of this summer, I'll probably head out alone and see Trek one more time some afternoon next week. Help those mid-week figures by $8.50.

I could see $210-$215 million (U.S.) by the end of the weekend for Trek.
