It is possible, but try some of the stuff google comes up with when asked "Saving favorites from IE", this page has a couple of suggestions:
how_do_i_backup_my_internet_explorer_favorites_in_windows

And, yeah, found any nice place to use a webcam? -I was kinda hoping this thread would help me too!

That worked! And I'm looking at my favorties and ya know what it mostly is??? Star Trek crap...I mean what a loser!! LOL oh yeah that's right I don't have to be embarrassed about that here... my loserness is accepted, most of the time.

No luck here yet, but at least I have a page set up on Justin.TV if anyone cares to watch me iron my clothes on Friday night.

Well, Cakes, I don't know what version of Windows you're using, but the one I have (at least here in the office) is Windows XP Professional, which has the Favorites folder. When I checked though, it didn't have the specific URLs, just the generic names like Yahoo, MSN, etc.

Try any of the sites that Single recommended. I liked Justin.TV the most.

Well, it was fun while it lasted ... I had a webcam account set up on Justin.TV but decided to delete it.

The profile customization feature was rather confusing, navigating through the Settings page, and the Homepage, and the Channel page, and the Clips page. When I clicked on Home, it took me to the Profile page without the streaming video screen.

What really bothered me was that I couldn't delete any of the videos I had recorded on-site. And their support (Help Menu) wasn't very helpful at all. I might try again some other time, or check the other hosting sites that were suggested earlier.

I recently bought a Microsoft webcam. The last time I used one was almost ten years ago, and back then they had crappy video quality and I didn't have high-speed Internet connection.

Can anyone recommend a good webcam chat community? I'm not necessarily talking about "adult" sites, just general interest chat. I'm more interested in live on-line, multi-user broadcast than in regular chatrooms where people basically chat back and forth via text. I've also tried WooMe.com, but that place has a lot of private sessions going on, and they're mostly young people in their 20s.

Perhaps there's a place for BBS members? I signed up for a Skype account, but that's more for one-on-one chat and messaging. Thanks for your input.

Update: Reporting back to you on video networking sites, this is Drone36929. I gotta say, WooMe.com blows. I mean, the site sucks major ass. You're given an opportunity to start a video chat session two-on-two or three-on-three with people for a maximum of 2 minutes on any subject. It's too limiting. It's too limited. What's the point? Why not just enter a regular chatroom or join a BBS forum like this and yak around the clock and talk to different people around the world? P-O-I-N-T-L-E-S-S. Account closed.

In firefox click bookmarks-->organize bookmarks-->import and backup. You can save the file in your documents folder, and recover them when you import them back
