So I was watching "Haed Time" and noticed that when Obrian opens the weapons locker in the cargo bay there is an imprint on the inside of the lid with words on it. I think the second word is "packer".

anyone notice this before, or know what it says?

It's part of Rubbermaid's "Action Packer" line of storage/organizer products.

    Memory Alpha mentions it.

^ I actually had one of those types of cases around the time the show came out. Lost it--and all the bits and screws in it-- in the years since.

DS9 seemed to love the Rubbermaid products. IRC, one of Obrien's toolkits was another Action Packer type case, and they used Rubbermaid for shipping crates a lot too. Makes sense: cheap, probably a lot laying around--if not easily gotten.

You can use rubbermaid for anything.
