Spoilers We now have Ship Class names for BotBS

Depends on what kinds of refit upgrades she was given, I would imagine.

Regardless, the CG artists will probably make them blue just to induce the predictably profound nerd rage for their amusement.

Honestly, I think those tubes on the nacelle pylons are Miranda-style megaphaser mounts, or possibly extra torpedo launchers, drawing its power directly from the warp energy systems (much like the TMP refit). Their position and size seem quite prominent and their clearance under the saucer would give them a relatively good firing arc in the front and totally unobstructed from the back. Yeah, it could be a hinge to improve warp dynamics, akin to Voyager, but considering this is a MU ship now, clearly with at least one refit under her belt, the smart money is on some kind of advanced weapon system.

I think every Fed ship in DSC does.
the europa and t'plana hath definitely do.

the others either don't have obvious deflectors, or have deflectors that are out of sight in every clear image released thus far.

It's an interesting look, but unfortunately in real-world applications, having multiple antennas too close to one another (I think within 1/2 of the signal's wavelength) attenuates the signal of both, lessening their effective range.

Does that apply to subspace signals too? How about to tachyon bursts? What if we reverse the polarity of the neutron flow, maybe that would fix it?

Heh...Oh, I'm sure there is some in-universe Trekkie-Techie explanation for it. IRL, though, fizzix is fizzix! :p

I think those two designs are my favorite, up there with the Shenzhou.

Hm, look at that concept art of the Europa, and compare to Eaglemoss' model (which are made from the show's CG files IIRC), there are some differences, noticeably, no bridge dome on the saucer, and the middle of the roll-bar doesn't seem to be a torpedo launcher.

Firstly, probably my favorite ship design of the show. Also yeah, the Bridge is now on the roll-bar and no torpedo launchers are visible (which is funny because most ships in DSC seem to have "invisible" torpedo launchers). I guess that is meant to oddly harken back to the days of TOS when weapons just kind of spawned out of random places on the saucer.

hard to tell, but yeah it doesn't look that particular detail made it from concept sketch to final:

"Invisible" launchers were very much a thing in ENT and the 2009 movie, too, although for different reasons. In ENT, it was decided to have a highly detailed ship now that CGI tech allowed it, but to make it maximally flexible for the VFX folks by the inclusion of lots of nearly invisible hatches that could accommodate whatever the plots required. In the 2009 movie, popup guns added movement and action to a scene, and highlighted the fact that a ship was moving from blue-eyed unpreparedness to badass combat readiness.

The end result in both was the same, though: the ships looked like the TOS one, with invisible guns. This was merely taken to the hilt with the ENT Defiant whose (rear) guns popped out just like those of the hero ship always had done (that is, only when the VFX folks thought the audience would notice).

If weapons action in DSC becomes important dramatically, I'm sure they can add popup torpedo launchers. As matters currently go, the phasers of the ships are not merely permanently exposed but also brightly lit with red dots!

It's a bit weird how the phaser beams are always drawn neatly and nicely coming from those red dots (that is, they seem to be doing that, by design or accident), but torpedoes come from literally all over the hero ship when Kol goes down.
