When can we wrap this trend up?
Welcome to the Internet, where jokes are run into the ground for months and years past their expiration dates.
And there we have it.
The problem with the internets is that most people don't know when to give it up, already.
Meh. Fail has been a noun ever since essays and exams were introduced into the school system. Call me when they've been removed.
Fail will exist as long as the internet is infested with all that is fail. But one day, longcat and tacgnol will battle and merge. The internet will die and be reborn. Old memes will be new again and fail shall be washed away.
The first two were actually heard in corridors of my school 35 years ago, son, and I'm sure long before that. As for the third, no that makes no sense to my ears, but neither does "This fall is not good enough" or "This oceon is not good enough". Not all possible sentences are sensible.Meh. Fail has been a noun ever since essays and exams were introduced into the school system. Call me when they've been removed.
It has?
"That is a fail"
"I scored a fail"
"This fail is not good enough"
???
How does one use 'fail' as a noun correctly, without being on the internet? The noun IRL is 'failure'.
Needs more Corbett!
Shouldn't that be Michael Fish?
It took too long for this statement to emrge from this thread. The notion that Epic Fail will ever go away is, itself, Epic Fail.
Who the frak is Michael Fish?
Shouldn't that be Michael Fish?
EPIC FAIL WILL OUT LAST US ALL AND WILL ONE DAY REIGN OVER THE UNIVERSE! LONG LIVE EPIC FAIL!!!
