Watching order?

There was indeed speculation along those lines, but there's more evidence (i.e., Mr Smith's physical appearance) that in this case the episodes are ordered as broadcast:

"The Lost Boy"
"Journey's End"
"The Last Sontaran"
and so forth....

Apparently questions abound. I'm glad I asked and thanks for the tips about missing episodes and the like. Why no Paul McGann TV movie?

dueto legal issues, it's not on region one DVD

However depending where you live there is a chance it could be broadcast around New Year's Eve (as that's when it takes place). Indeed New Year's Eve 2009 is exactly 10 years after the events of the movie. Just as with the Batman TV series of the 1960s, spoilsport (and short-sighted) licensing issues have prevented any home video release in North America (costing the rights holders untold amounts of potential profit over the last 13 years, but maybe that's just me being stupid in thinking businesses want to, you know, make money), but there's nothing stopping it from being broadcast. Keep an eye on Syfy or local stations that still show late-night movies.

I think "untold amounts of potential profit" is probably a bit of an exaggeration when it comes to the popularity of the McGann movie.
