Star Trek The Voyage Home

A mysteriously alien probe visits Earth and spots some hump back whales, after thinking that something is wrong in the time space continuum it starts to attacks Earth's Oceans, Kirk & co use a captured Klingon vessel and trick the Whales into swimming into it. They then travel back in time, and place the whales & a marine biologist (who also slipped though the hole in time & space) back in the right time zone, Spock then tells them that whislt they just arnt welcome in the future.

They fly back to there present where the alien intelligence stops attacking Earth, and leaves. Meanwhile Kirk & co go to Vulcan where they say good bye to Spock, as he starts to test his failing memory

That sounds like a pretty awesome movie still.

Edit to say: It's fine though, in the end the business folds and 2 of them go into teaching and another becomes a scientist, probably devising ways to hurt people more.

There's a great movie called planet of the apes where a depressed charlton heston is crying at the site of the destroyed statue of liberty, is then captured by apes after a fierce battle and given soem sort of competency hearing. He doesn't want to leave the ape city and constantly runs through armed guards and nets to get back to his cell. He is finally taken far away from the city in a cart, where he meets up with two other men, who walk for a really long time and find a mysterious flying ship, which they bring to the surface and repair. They then escape in this ship, and save the life of one of the aliens found onboard. shortly after this, they go to sleep.

Aliens attack, father can't deal with his daughter screaming the whole time, when someone figures out how to stop the alien invasion by burying them underground and the world is once again safe, the father turns into a deadbeat because he can't stand how his kids acted throughout the ordeal.

If you watch Star Wars backwards 6 to 1 its about the dominant reign of the empire. Luke's hand reattaching it and the death star rebuilding itself. Also Han Solo getting his cohona's back.

Then an annoying young man revives "younglings" and Clone troopers help jedi. Oddly the annoying young man reverts to a young boy who acts badly

So the chosen one is Benjamin Button?

If you watch V for Vendetta backward, it is about a flamboyant masked hairdresser who goes to extraordinary means to convince a young girl to grow back her hair.
