Wasn't Ogawa pregnant in the later half of Season 7?

We first learned about Alyssa's pregnancy in the Genesis episode.

In the finale episode, she lost the baby because of the temporal reversion thing, so she wasn't pregnant anymore.

HOWEVER...

Q took Picard back to when Troi and Worf were in their nightclothes kissing before his timeshifting journey begun, so Alyssa should've been pregnant.

There was no mention of the baby in Generations... well... from what I read the story for Generations was being worked on while Season 6 was being worked on so they must not have been aware that the writers were going to impregnate Ogawa in Season 7. But there was no mention of her child in First Contact either so I feel the need to ask, did Nurse Ogawa have her baby or not?

Same with B'Etor, in Firstborn, in the Observation Lounge scene, she or her sister mentioned that B'Etor was about to have a son or something if I can recall without going back to watch the scene from that episode.

Speaking of pregnancy...

Was Marina Sirtis pregnant? In that picture, and in "Eye of the Beholder" when Troi is talking to Worf about her Nacelle Lab experience before she sits with the drink, you can see Marina's lower stomach pooching out of her uniform. It just made me wonder.

There was no need to address the pregnancy specifically in All Good Things... mainly because Picard informs us during the last log entry that he's the only one who experienced his shifts in time and the after effects thereof, so one can reasonably assume and deduce that Ogawa was still pregnant by the end of the episode.

As for Generations, similarly, one can easily infer that she had the baby at some point off screen between the end of "All Good Things..." and her brief appearance in Generations. You can assume the same about B'Etor, with the added exception that now her kid is likely an orphan.

Being that Ogawa was mainly a recurring extra for most of her run on the show, I don't think it's really all that necessary to have had any specific reference to her baby - whether she had it or not - in the films.

Regarding your screencap, I'm pretty sure that's just her regular tummy.

I remember reading an interview with Patti Yasutake where she said that she never knew if she lost the baby or not after the events of All Good Things... However, I agree she probably was still pregnant at the end of the episode and presumambly had the baby.
I wonder if the baby was a girl, she named her Jaxa after her Bajoran friend.

I think it's pretty clear that everything from AGT didn't happen (except for Picard) therefore Ogawa is still pregnant.

As for Marina Sirtis - she has no children, so no, she was not pregnant.

Nurse Ogawa is part of Captain Riker's crew in the Star Trek: Titan novels, and in those, her son's name is Noah.

Data opened his speech at the wedding reception with "Ladies and Gentlemen and invited transgendered species." So CoveTom was making a little joke there.

Well duh. I doubt though that the awkward angle of the screencap provided is enough to go on to assume she was pregnant at the time.

Actually a number of things from the Genesis Wave novels (at least the first two of them) have been referenced in the main Trek novel continuity that includes Titan. Although the novels try to remain consistent, occasionally contradictions crop up pertaining to minor details like that. However, the Titan version of Ogawa's family came more recently and has been cited more often, so it supersedes the other version.

No, but they used her pregnancy to save the crew after findin' that lizard Spot had birthed normal kittens.

I wonder if the baby was a girl, she named her Jaxa after her Bajoran friend.

IF it was a girl and IF she was going to name her after someone we know, I would think that she would most likely go with Beverly. TNG made it very clear that Ogawa thought very highly of Crusher and vice versa.

Namin' your baby after your boss seems like the worst way to suck up for a promotion, though...
