They were quite the "happy" family in the latest issue of Childrens Crusade. I gave up on the X-Books a decade ago, so I've no idea what the status quo is there.

I think there was some sort of disconnected resolution between the two of them after Cortez kidnapped Luna during Bloodties in the mid 90s, and Magneto rescued his granddaughter after murdering the kidnapper poseur.

Though have you seen how Quicksilver has been treating his family of late?

he's well past being disowned by Crystal and Luna.

I actually think that Crystal will do good things for Ronan the Accuser.

Make him a better man.

Doom "didn't win" a war against T'Challa earlier this year... Most of 2010?

It's a safe bet that anyone who says the word "vabrium" alloud inside the borders of Latveria is going to have their tongue cut out.

I'd give it a month before the brain damage sets in so bad that that Doom is calling her Auntie Valeria.

If Doom is removed from play and Kristoff is ovewritten again (Not that he isn't gaga for Stature(Antmans daughter now in the Young Avengers for those of you who haven't been reading recently) does that mean that this 15 year old Boy will think that he is MAN eno0ugh for Wanda Maximoff?

One thing about looking at those two pictures of Wanda I posted at the beginning of the thread, after you've taken in the complete scope of those pictures, one can't help but declare: Isn't the lady just unbelievably ass-tastic?

Exactly the same man, but Horrifically scarred to the point of mutilation, OR 15 years old and you have no idea how bad his acne is going to be that he couldn't end up as horrifically "James Edward Almos" scarred anyways?

Kristoff would rip Wanda's conciousness out of Wanda and Put it inside Cassie Lang's body so he can marry the best of both worlds.

Ironically Cassie is dating/flirting with the Vision(Hybridized with the personality of a teenaged kang the Conqueror who went by the super hero name of Iron lad.), who in a perfect(ly evil) world, might just be into that too... Which is weird because 70 year old Kang, "Immortus" (the guardian of time, officiated the "first" wedding of the Vision and the scarlet Witch.

Doesn't that annul the ceremony if the Vision is Immortus?

The picture of Cap and Wanda kissing was part of an hallucination induced by her reality warping powers while she was three shades of crazy. In the next issue she denied that anything had happened and I'm fairly sure they just kissed. I can't vouch for what she did with Doom - not much considering the amount of time it must take him to take his armour off and can you imagine how much he'd stink? Eew.

I believe that Wanda and Vision last attempted to reconcile their relationship just prior to the Onslaught incident but that period of Avengers history is fuzzy to me as I wasn't a big fan then.

John Byrne, in 1989, in WestCoast Avengers, had the combined Governments of the World, team up and black bag the Vision because months earlier in the the regular Avengers, using ISSAC from Titan as a Template, took over every computer in the world and read every document on every computer on the planet.

They didn't trust him.

They took him to pieces and wiped his hard drives.

Wanda kinda refused to accept that her husband was dead, even though the stark white robot floating around was technically her husband, this was a little more extreme than your spouse coming down with a case of amnesia, or brain death coma....

The Vision was incredibly content to be emotionless and didn't go the Data/Seven of Nine route. He had duty and a mission to serve and protect but beyond that...

I have some memory of Cystal being into him when he was emotionless and she was constantly being constantly shot down, but the Inhuman eventually fell back into bed with Quicklsilver once he stopped being evil, and the wikipedia page tells me that after his emotions did come back, he was in a thing with Carol Danvers.

Wierd.

But then, moments later She Hulk ripped him in half and Ironlad ate him only to poop out a teen aged robot thinking that it's the Vision too. Or Vision II.

Thanks! I quit in '86, and in the last 5 years have come back only to look at the pretty pictures.

Though so much has changed, I do get much satisfaction watching things in both universes getting restored to the place where I left off.

Wanda, I guess, not so much...

The Doom she's squelchy for, is probably a doombot.

In like 1993 (FF 350), Simonson had Doom come back from Space where he claimed that every Doom that the ff had fought since 1967 had been a doppleganger while he was away dealing with more important things interstellarly.

In love with a robot.

The more things change the more they stay the same.

Actually I dont think there is a real Doom. He actually died in college. After Reed turned himself and his friends into freaks he remembered his old college pal and based the Doom bots after him. This way the public would see the heroic FF beating the evil Doom and not be afraid of the freaky FF.

Besides a truly funny title, this thread is also incredibly illuminating/confusing for somebody like me who has a very hazy understanding of the characters' histories.

These truly are soap opera for guys (tho' I welcome as many gals who want to read comics - so that us geeks/nerds can actually get some dates!!). Just reading who the Vision made out with post-Wanda is mind-boggling.

Also, leaving She-Hulk aside (and leaving out guys too (not interested in Spidey and Dick Grayson's Robin/Nightwing/Batman qualifications)) who would Guy Gardner describe as badoinkadoink? Just trying to satisfy my curiosity on this scientific point before I move on to thinking about CERN and faster-than-light neutrinos...
