Simply and clearly not a sign of immaturity as presented. You could say bad form. You could say a joke. You could say it may have been a calculated move. Not immaturity. She is a woman of demonstrated wisdom and experience who generally knows what she's doing and why. You may like it or not but that is separate issue.
It embarrassed Deanna & Picard, & while a funny gag/moment for the show, it's not a mature thing to do
Maturity doesn't enter into. She is a betazoid. the standard for her is that of a "mature" betazoid. We have no reason to believe she is not the norm.
When she deliberately intervenes in Worf's guardianship, undermines his authority, contravenes what Alexander's been instructed to do, she is making a tough situation worse for the parent. Simply because she doesn't agree, she believes she has the right to meddle & interfere. Right or wrong on the issue, that is not a responsible way to behave. It's kind of reckless imho
Fine, taken as you've laid it out … not a testament in any way to Lwaxana being immature. She was also the one with parental experience and even Worf went with it in the end. They all took a mud bath together. So again it does nothing to support your original thesis regarding the relative maturity/immaturity of Lwaxana or Deanna.
I can't even remember all the times she belittles her daughter over being single, or imposes on Riker to push that agenda... again, in the work place.
Again, cultural and generational differences. Irrelevant to the question of maturity.
To call your adult daughter "Little one" at her job is demeaning enough that she literally gets called out on it eventually
Again, you distort to try and bolster an erroneous point. Intent cannot be dismissed. "Little one." as used by Lwaxana was a term of endearment and often said either privately or telepathically.. When Deanna did voice her objection Lwaxana worked on honoring her daughter's wish. So that goes to Lwaxana's maturity and unconditional love which disproves your position.
Assuming she has the approval to address the captain informally as Jean-Luc, commenting on the appeal of his legs, making unwanted advances toward him. Referring to the Antedian delegates as something she'd see on a plate. Calling Data a robot. Assumes the ship is at her disposal for her wedding, & so on...
None of that actually goes to the point of immaturity and you seem to have an emerging stratagem of mischaracterizing and distorting instances to try and support your faulty, if not repetitious claims of immaturity. It is getting tiresome. Like watching bald tires spinning in the mud to no avail.
