Blade Trinity seemed like a mean joke told at Snipes' expense. From what I've read, perhaps not undeservedly, but I wouldn't mind if he had a chance at redeeming the character as part of the comic movies revival he started.
He certainly looks in good enough shape to reprise it. But I'm not necessarily sure that the vampirish world shown in those films would fit in with the MCU. I think I'd prefer him to return in a standalone series, though I'd be happy to see it under the Marvel Studios banner.
^The supernatural is already fairly well-established in Arrow, with the likes of the Lazarus pit etc.
I'm hoping Deadshot will be a success, and that DC will be the franchise with actual non-white main characters.
Hey, they already gave us Steel and Catwoman!
And more seriously, folks... Marvel already did a Blade trilogy, but that was a while back. Although I think I heard a rumor that they've talked to Wesley Snipes about maybe bringing Blade into the MCU.

The Blade movies, though impactful at the time, are not part of the MCU (unless they retcon them).
Maybe he's just in character but Will Smith seems almost a little reluctant or weary or something in these pictures.
Have we seen Enchantress in any of the group shots from the movie, not including the big cast picture.
