Hey, a Commander Data reference in an episode guest starring Brent Spiner... 
Usually the guest star of the week is someone who's not well developed characterwise but I really liked the actress playing the woman from the drug company. She did a good job and the character was pretty cool. Of course she was super cute too.

Loved seeing HG again, and loved the fact that of everyone that Artie's interacted with, she's the only one that 2+ 2 toether and got 4!

But she's not becoming a new agent. They're grooming her to become a new Regent. Not really the same thing.
Are they? That could work. I assumed Kosan was talking about her becoming an agent.

With the exception of Claudia (that we know of) haven't Warehouse agents typically been recruited from some kind of law enforcement agency?

No, that whole final scene was about explaining how people get selected to be Regents. "Would you be interested in something like that?"
They seem to be intent on fleshing out the mythology this season. Earlier, we had an episode that showed the "birth" of an artifact. Now we got an episode about how Regents are selected.
