At the moment, I'm looking for a font inspired by the writing system on the warpshuttle Surak from TMP...?

If it's more appropriate to move this query to Fan Art, I have no objections.

The blocky font in red? I only see 2 Vulcan fonts via a google search, the calligraphic script font and a more runic one.

This image seems to show the third set of lettering, but no sign of it as a font. There used to be a free font creator program I used for a few odd fonts I created way back.
