What a cracking episode this one is.This one is just plain fun, and the show is playing around with it's own time travel history. It's impressive how such complex story ideas are clearly presented.

Another really good episode. This one is clever because it manages to be both a biting criticism of the US health care and of a Socialist state. Picardo is great and the ending where the Dr violates his medical oath is cleverly handled. Call me a 'gatekeeper' if you must, but this is 'proper Star Trek'.
