Loved Elite Force! Running around Voyager kicking ass was the best. I have fond memories of some PC level packs like Colony 7, too.

Man, i played Elite Force 2 in Multiplayer for years, till my fingers bleed. sadly at the end nobody did play it anymore. It was the best game
