Voyager CCG Game

I'm fairly new to the CCG game so I'm hoping someone can help me with this basic question.

Is there is a standard set, for Star Trek: Voyager CCG, containing all the (200 or 201) cards, in some kind of box? I would like to complete al the cards and would like to know my best chance of obaining them. I believe earlier releases of Decipther's CCG (The Next Generation) featured the complete set for that specific release.

Decipher's Star Trek CCG is not on this site. Decipher no longer supports the game, however it was picked up by a large fan base.
