Its a bit unrealistic to the show. That blue nebula they fly through should have tried to eat them.

Absolutely. I'm not a VOY fan. For me, it's mediocre in storytelling and characterization, with an occasional solid episode sprinkled throughout. That said, the opening theme and credits are easily the best of all the series', and I say that as a Niner who loves DS9's opening sequence.. Simply put, it's the only series sequence opener that really makes me think "exploration". I'll say this also, that sometimes, the opening credits are enough to make me want to watch Voyager, and to give it another chance.
