I usually have problems to come up with a caption but I can't stop captioning for the avatars for thses contests For example, I know already the caption for the avatar for "Live Fast And Prosper". Crazy

Since this avatar is from the movie Generations, after Geordi set up Data with the emotion chip, and he finally gets the joke he heard at Farpoint, in the pilot, 7 years before - and can't stop laughing. Maybe it needed a little reminder.

I think this was from Deja Q, not Generations. Data switched to the DS9-style uniform for Generations.

It is indeed, Basics part 2. In the screencap gallery on Trekcore, which I believe is linked to in the first post. He looks so very yummy all dishevelled like that.
