For the TOS theme, how about They Walk Among Us -> Any character from an alien species that only appeared in one episode, and whose natural appearance is *identical* to humans. (Non-corporeal or other aliens who are assuming human form, or otherwise appearing as human, or illusory charaters, etc., don't count for this one.)
