I like the refit the best, followed by TOS, followed by a Ford Escort, a Pontiac Aztec, an empty soup can, and then the STXI Enterprise. I HATE those nacelles.

Definitely TOS E. Followed closely by the refit.
To me, JJ's lost a lot of the sleekness of the TOS E or refit. And a lot of shooting angles as well. The TOS E and refit look great at any angle.
And of course, the TOS E took a beating and always came back fighting. Like her crew, she was the top of the line. Exceeding her design specs? So what? She's Enterprise! She'll handle it and more! Beat to hell and back by a far larger fleet? She'll still hang on! Pushed to Warp 15 even though her class's design spec is Warp 8? Not a problem!
She fought, lived and died with the same tenacity and endurance of her crew. She was as much of a character as they were (something else lacking in the new movie). And of course, she was Kirk's first true love.

I'd like the TMP refit better if not for the engines, which I very much dislike. Other than those, it's a great refinement and elaboration of the original design.

That is one terrific picture! Very, very cool.
I do want to mention something about the 2009 Enterprise. It has the orginal's basic structure, just amped up and made to look more powerful. That seemed to be a theme throughout the film. We were back at the beginning, but the elements were changed to give them extra power. I mean, look at the Enterprise shooting at the Narada! Phaser fire came out of every window, nacelle and cranny! They were wise not to overdo that since we'll have plenty of chances to see it in the next movies.
