Agreed. Itzin was fantastic in the role, but my lord, I wanted to strangle Logan each week for being such a wuss.

All the big ones have already been mentioned, so here's couple of minors:
- that bitchy Rolling Stone fact-checker from Almost Famous. After William goes though a metric ton of bullshit to get his story, she questions everything he's done and essentially calls him a liar, just because he's got a scoop. And she's cruel about it, to boot.
- Dirk Diggler's mom from Boogie Nights. Top five most hateful characters, ever.

Actually that wasn't SVU, it was the original L&O.
But you want to talk about emotionless SVU killers: This kid in a 6th season episode (was on the DVD set just released) who basically does the same thing. He kills another kid and appears remorseful, but is obviously faking it. The kid is completely indifferent - has no feelings whatsoever. He was such a psycho that he was terrorizing other kids at this camp he was once sent to. So the victim's grieving father (a totally excellent Kyle MacLachlan) freaks out in family court and shoots the kid.
^ The grieving father didn't freak out though. He was a psychiatrist that had fought to have the merder kid released (provided he had psychiatric care) because he felt that the boy wasn't a threat. After he realized he was played he took the gun from the Baliff and shot the kid three times in the chest.
The Psychiatrist himself pretended to have had a psychotic break so that he could utilize a psych defense. After he was acquitted he walked up to Elliot and Olivia - after he couldn't be retried - and told them that he killed him on purpose and didn't regret his decision. Also that, unlike the boy, he wasn't a sociopath because he could stop.

That was one cold woman. I couldn't believe that is same woman who play the sweet Jessica Fletcher.

Oh, you naive little thing. Jessica Fletcher is the greatest monster of them all. I mean, do you notice how absolutely everywhere she goes, someone dies!? The fact that she can be such a ruthless serial killer and then pretend she's a detective to gather incriminating evidence against other people takes some damn big cojones. Even more appalling is that CBS would air a TV show that constantly takes her side!
The one movie villain that still gets me is Kiefer Sutherland in the movie - Eye For An Eye he played such a dick in that movie.
