VERY SHORT TREKS...

I know their is a difference between canon and continuity technically but I think most people use it as the same thing. Also of course something can be good that isn't part of canon or continuity but if you want to create a bigger universe that will be connected and filled with crossovers and you want to do lots of world building then you will likely want things that feel connected over several shows and or movies. Depends on what your aiming for or I guess looking for as a fan.

I believe so, TrekCore's coverage of them said that this was the last of the five they were doing.
oh well. All in all these were unfunny and forgettable for me.

Also as a writer do you need to depict Starfleet officers wearing those uniforms or do you go with something else?
Since new trek started and more qnd more as it continues uniforme have been totally inconsistent anyway. Kinda miss the idea of associating at a glance a uniform to a period but won’t shed tears over it.

Well...

I think this last one was the best and the only one that was truly funny. I LOL'd when Scotty undid his belt. Also the song was fun.

I liked them all. Can't always say that about a tv show that often. Granted with only 5 of them and the whole lot, not even being a combined hour's worth of entertainment then I guess you would have to call that easy praise.

I suppose these were never destined to be anything more than a diverting footnote in the history of Star Trek and in that sense they work. I didn't find any of them hilarious, though a few raised a smile. I don't feel I wasted my time watching them, but like most short videos on YouTube, it's highly unlikely that I will revisit them.

interesting. Is there any record of Richard Arnold’s hate or is that speculative based on his actions?

I wish it were an audio podcast and without the jarring background noise; usually with interviews it makes more sense to not have distractions from the person speaking? And any faster camera angle or scene cuts and one could get a physical headache from watching it. Now a transcript would be fantastic, but if the alleged decline of literacy continues, then all that's left will be produced videos?
