Vance's Schematics

Where did you get all of these schematics at? Some of them I already have from one of the books that was published way back. But I like them all so far.

Many.. MANY different sources. Most come from FASA or SFB, all of the FJ designs, and quite a few 'fanon' designs from their compilations. I'm just redrawing them and making them somewhat internally consistant. :)

Sadly, not yet. I tried to find a name attached to that thing, but with no luck. So, right now, it's only credited to Starship Modeller. :)

Ah, yes. Saw that one. Too TMP-era in its lines for me, honestly, particularly the bridge area. Nice art, though. :)

Well, there are only so many ways to do a half-sunken bridge (with which to acheive the TMP Enterprise-height ceiling). Any recommendations?

Hello Irishman
Have you thought of making the bridge dome one large dome starting from the top flat edge to the other edge
on the elevation view. Another option is putting a full
bridge on top of deck 2.

That's an idea. I was trying to no deviate too substantially from the established number of decks for the saucer at 120-ish meters long.

Nice work Vance. ;) I did not know that the Robert Kennedy even existed. Once again great work. ;)

I just thought I would let you know how much I enjoy looking at your work on various sites. Keep up the good work (Translation: Make more drawings)

Interesting take on the CL (which was originally the Province-class prior to Y120) - are you working on the POL and PFF as well? Or some of the other old National Guard ships from Module Y1?

Also, could you have a go at the ship designs from the Federal Republic of Aurora, seen in Module Omega 3? (They are evolutions of the CL and POL designs, for the most part)

I was going with the single larger star from this flag (my own colour scheme, I am proposing it for use with the Federal Republic):

as the symbol of the Auroran Navy - I'd post the actual image for the Navy symbol, but Photobucket is acting up... I'll see if it's ready later tonight.

I'm honored. Thanks! There will be more coming. Right now I'm cleaning out 'to do' files, and then will be tackling Jaynz #6 (probaly starting Monday).

Then I work on the basic Rommie TOS and Enterprise (TMP) components. Yay!

Nerroth, anything I do for SFB right now I can't post. So you'll just have to bear with and be surprised. :)

One of the more ‘demanded’ requests that I have, a TOS version of the Chandley, basically. I really like the dorsal view on this one, but not quite as crazy about the others… hefty bugger, though, for a frigate.
