Yep, just haven't had a chance to go through it. Been swamped with minor things. I'll likely throw it into Jaynz #3, as well as the CODA WIP once I get back from vacation.

Great work Vance. :) Are you planning on doing any other vessels with the LN-40 nacelles? Are you considering doing the Phase II Enterprise as well as other updated designs? Great work on the office complex, too. :)

Now THIS I really like! Vance, could you please tell us more about this and your thinking behind it? This is something I could see myself wanting in my Starfleet Command Library project.

This was pretty simple. I was looking at the office complex from TMP and thinking of what it would look like for TOS. Simple enough, grabbed the lower center pylon from the K-series starbase, used the smaller complex as the pylon base, and then drew up a new series of cylinders to look like a simpler take on the admin complex.

Surprised at how well it came out, considering.

Your Corinth is pretty much a FASA Loknar

Very nice TOS design... but I have a nitpick!

The thinking behind the K7 station was that it was pre-fabricated for easy set-up. Those saucer-like structures were made of segments, so they could be shipped out all folded up, then revolved into place and filled with oxygen and saloons and such.

    Here's a picture of Gregg Jein's.

    Here are
pictures of the original and it's inspiration, which barely show the fold-out saucer sections.

Your station saucer is a faithful interpretation of the old blueprints and model.

Pretty much still the case here. The main 'hub' is a smaller K-style saucer with the support pylon beneath it. The added discs are also modular and could be 'strapped on' as needed. What's shown is the 'planned arrangement' for the Type A station.

If you notice, the 'base' part is designed to look like the main saucer's base section, and not the hull connector, so it's a smidge different. I'll do the K-7 itself this weekend (I think) so you can compare and contrast.

Need to redo the Monoceros saucer as well...
