I believe that "Vale" is the name of the ominous piece that appears at the very end of "The Waters of Mars."

For my funeral, I'd probably go with the song "I Am The Doctor" (by Murray Gold, not Jon Pertwee!), if only so that I could also have a montage of all my bad-ass accomplishments from my lifetime.

Yup, the farewell tour had a bunch of tracks, like Vale, Song For Ten Reprise (when the Doctor takes Wilf home), The Devil in Me (Jack's part) from Evolution of the Daleks, Rose's Theme and a few others before we get to Vale Decem.
