I was right. The ship will look the same (because -- real-life production concerns -- why replace all those sets?), but underneath it will have been completely updated.Looks like they upgraded the consoles.![]()

This would have been a nice surprise if the f**king mobile game didn't spoil Discovery is getting programmable matter upgrades. They did a shit job removing Season 3 spoilers. The twist in tomorrow's episode is already spoiled too.Looks like they upgraded the consoles.![]()

It's already been hinted at in the released episode clip. Section 31 is still around in the 32nd Century, and their mission is to eliminate the Emerald Chain Syndicate. What's the twist?

The 31st century with all its holograms sounds like Pikes idea of hell.

I spent way too long playing with those things at Epcot in the 80's as a kid on our family vacation. Now I know the future is rubbing your face on pins 50,000 other people have touched the same day.Who knew those pin art things would be the highest technology of the 31st century![]()
I didn’t think it confirmed anything either way but it does feel that way."Die Trying" broached that subject with the interrogation scenes between Georgiou and Covich (David Cronenberg).
A solid door for the shuttlebay would be nice.
I have a feeling they'll probably add a programmable matter door to the shuttlebay. I can imagine Starfleet looking at the Discovery's shuttlebay door staying open and they just shake their heads in disbelief. Probably will order them to keep it closed for now on.
They have ships made out of holograms. why would they care?I have a feeling they'll probably add a programmable matter door to the shuttlebay. Indeed. Of the problems Discovery has the shuttlebay door has not been one of them, that I've noticed. They have ships made out of holograms. why would they care?
