Seems to me that there's lots of TNG-related 24th century material coming from Pocket Books in 2010, it just may not have "The Next Generation" emblazoned across the covers.
Actually, the Abramsverse books have been put on hold.

Well, you're in luck! I'm betting the Enterprise-E turns up in the "Star Trek Online" novel, and there's a new upcoming Titan instalment of "Typhon Pact". And a TNG one.
There are many Laurell K Hamilton fans who've never heard of her TNG novel, so don't begrudge the reprint.

Reading in a place that doesn't STINK of coffee is a much better reading experience.
Gee, luckily I didn't mention my dislike of coconut.
Of course it's my fact. Coffee stinks. It's a fact.
But the best place to read (IMHO) is stilling in a nice lounge chair outside when the weather is nice and warm and the sun is shining.
