Just as the other three nuTrek novels that book has been canceled quite some time ago. (No idea why amazon.com still lists it for December 2011)

In June, the next Typhon Pact novel comes out, which will probably have TNG elements in it, but seems centered mostly around DS9 (judging by the solicitation covers, anyway). It's the first part of a duology, with part two coming out in July. Also, David Mack is reportedly writing a TNG trilogy for release this year, but no release date has been announced yet. Check my signature for the 2012 release schedule on my blog! :)

Hmm, looking at the release schedule there I'm thinking we can guess that Mack's trilogy will be at the October, November, December books. Those are the only books not on the schedule and those are only months without books announced so it would make sense for those two things to line up.

I was curious about David Mack's new trilogy (Cold Equations) for TNG and I found this bit of info online:
In Book I: The Persistence of Memory, Picard and the Enterprise crew try to stop the Typhon Pact from raising an army of androids. Book II: Silent Weapons sees the Enterprise crew race to avert the assassination of the Federation president - only to confront an even greater conspiracy. Finally, in Book III: The Body Electric, Picard and his crew must stop a massive sentient machine from unleashing a catastrophe that will exterminate all organic life in the galaxy.

Sounds cool if the infomation is any good?
