Upcoming DS9 anniversary segment in the magazine

The only Trek magazine I can find at stores is the UK one, which has a Jan/Feb issue with an interview with Jonathan Frakes.

That was my error - I didn't change the date from the previous issue. Street date for the DS9 issue is 23rd February - it went to production today and now includes an interview with Karl Urban from the set of the new movie.
