Upcoming Author Signing Events Thread

This Saturday at 1 PM Eastern, it's the Star Trek Authors' Summer Book Release Party panel on Zoom.

https://www.shore-leave.com/programming/schedule.htm
Many of our talented authors have new books about to be released and they can't wait to tell you about them! Join us for this preview party to celebrate all the great new stories you've been waiting for!

I'll be talking about my upcoming original novel Arachne's Crime. Be sure to register at the above link if you're interested.

So did anybody watch the Picard 2020 Comic-Con panel with @Dayton Ward and @David Mack yet? I didn't watch it yet, since it was posted at the same time as another panel I wanted to see, but I do plan to watch it next week sometime.

The SDCC Picard 2020 panel was me and Una McCormack, along with Alex R. White and Stephen Graham Jones. Dayton and I were on the Shore Leave Summer Book Release Panel yesterday.

Shore Leave 41.5 has all their panels up on their YouTube channel.

Among the things there are the following things with Trek authors:

"The Message: Using Your Voice" with Rigel Ailur (Strange New Worlds), Derek Tyler Attico (Star Trek Adventures), and Paul Kupperberg (Sargasso Sector), along with Andrew Hiller and Heather E. Hutsell

"Star Trek: Strange New Worlds" talking about the upcoming series with Christopher L. Bennett (The Higher Frontier), Kelli Fitzpatrick (Star Trek Adventures), Michael Jan Friedman (Death in Winter), Amy Imhoff (StarTrek.com), John Jackson Miller (Die Standing), and Dayton Ward (Agents of Influence)

"The Mandalorian" talking about the recent Star Wars series with Keith R.A. DeCandido (Articles of the Federation) and Glenn Hauman (Creative Couplings), along with Christopher D. Abbott, Mary Fan, and Laura Ware

"Authors Summer Book Release Party" with Rigel Ailur, Christopher L. Bennett, Greg Cox (The Antares Maelstrom), Keith R.A. DeCandido, Michael Jan Friedman, Robert Greenberger (Star Trek: The Complete Unauthorized History), Paul Kupperberg, David Mack (Collateral Damage), John Jackson Miller, and Dayton Ward, along with Christopher D. Abbott, Mary Fan, and Joshua Palmatier

Author Russ Colchamiro has been doing Russ's Rockin' Rollercoaster since the apocalypse started, interviewing authors on various subjects. After taking a break for the holidays, he's back for 2021 on Wednesday 20 January at 8pm Eastern Time with a talk on Star Trek and its legacy and future with:
  • Keith R.A. DeCandido (Articles of the Federation, reviews and rewatches on Tor.com)
  • Derek Tyler Attico (Strange New Worlds 2016, Star Trek Adventures)
  • Jarrah Hodge (Women at Warp, TrekkieFeminist.com)
Click here to reserve a spot (it's free, but you have to RSVP to get the Zoom link).

In case you missed me, Derek Tyler Attico, and Jarrah Hodge talkin' Trek with Russ Colchamiro, our discussion -- which was really broad-ranging and fun, as we covered everything from the original series to the latest season of Discovery and everything in between -- has been archived on the Tube of You.

Oops. Kinda last-minute to be posting this, but I'll be doing my first book signing in nearly two years at Cupboard Maker Books in Enola, PA tomorrow from 1-3 PM. (Saturday, August 14.)

I will be at Planet Comicon in Kansas City, my first official signing event for Rogue Elements. I’ll be at the Bard’s Tower booth, wherever that is. (And we’ll have the book!)

It's Booth 1103 and I'll be there, too! So will Kevin J. Anderson (The Gorn Crisis).

And Dayton Ward & Kevin Dilmore will have a table in Artists Alley.

Next stop on the Rogue Elements Express is this weekend, Sept. 10-12 at Connecticon in Hartford, where I will be again at the Bard's Tower booth — booth 201 or thereabouts.
