VOYAGER--Season 6--episode title "The Innocent One"
Janeway starts experiencing sickness in the morning, and on the third day, after seeing the Doc, it is confirmed that she is pregnant.
Through flashbacks we find out that Voyager had recently been to a planet, and that Janeway is missing nearly four hours of memories. Through deep MINDMELDS with Tuvok, it is revealed that a 'date rape' drug was used on her by a man whom she had met and seemed like a nice guy.
After Chakotay suggests they go back and find her rapist, Janeway decides to abort the fetus instead, and just continue with the voyage.

Kirk and Co escorts an El-Aurian named Guinan to Starbase 12. There is confusion when Guinan asks where Picard was. She also got confused because it didn't look anything like Mark Twain's description of the Enterprise D. Chekov falls for her, while Uhura puts a frame picture of Spock on her nightstand.

A starship from the year 2422 emerges out of a temporal disortion and warns the Enterprise of a war with the Ferengi. The bridge crew rolled on the floor laughing their asses off while Worf accidently destroys the ship while banging on his console.

There is a report of a Borg Cube in Gamma Quadrant, approaching the Idran system. Sisko asks the prophets to vaporize them if they enter. The Borg cube never shows up. Meanwhile, Miles has a bad rash and has to stay in sickbay with Bashir at his side.

Worf is almost killed before Troi, who is the only one empathetic enough to enter the temporal anomaly, is dispatched on a rescue mission. Seeing Worf lying in a pool of blood, she tells him, “I sense something may be wrong!”

TOS season 4: The ENT returns to Sigma Iotia II to retrieve McCoy's communicator. The Doctor had some sound files stored on it of Elvis (a good Southern boy McCoy had been into lately). They find competing gangs of Elvis impersonators -- dressed in Federation uniforms! Kirk et al. are drawn into a turf war and win the day by creating peanut butter banana sandwiches in the replicators and distributing them simultaneously to the gold/green shirt gang and the blue shirt gang.
The big 3 beam away while the gangs are preoccupied in their eating, Kirk saying something profound like "Our work here is done," or "We'll send some Federation monitors unless I forget." Kirk tries a sandwich and proclaims it pretty good, though Spock makes a crack about it. All chuckle as in classic Gene Coon season 2 episodes.

TNG - season 6 - The Enterprise is on a diplomatic mission to a planet, where the inhabitants have no hair. The inhabitants warm to Picard and the women there mate with him, thinking Picard's baldness genes would stop future generations from growing hair. Riker gets jealous, since for once he is not scoring with the babes.
DS9 - Season 6 - Jake gets his dad another baseball card. A passing Romulan senator reckons it's a knock off, since Jake got it from Quark and he thinks Quark gave Jake a six for a nine. The Romulan senator says "it's a faaaake!!". Captain Sisko gets angry at this, thinking his would never dupe him, and replies "it's real!!!!" For accusing his son of tricking him, Captain Sisko gets a Cardassian former spy taylor to assassinate the Romulan Senator, in revenge for his insult.

Another NCC-1701 is found adrift in space. Beaming over, Kirk Spock and McCoy, and two red shirts, find that there is no one aboard the duplicate Enterprise. Then, on the real Enterprise, Scotty notices that the anti-matter chambers are decaying.
With the crew facing certain doom, Kirk comes up with the perfect solution...they beam the rest of the crew over to the new NCC-1701, which seems to be fully operational.
As the episode ends, the bridge crew watches their own Enterprise explode, and go on their way.
(in the very next episode, so mention is made of the fact they are on a new ship)
