Sometimes I really miss this show. I think X-Entertainment summed the series up nicely, but I still enjoyed it quite a bit. Robert Stack was great.

My eyes lit up when it was posted that it was coming back this fall then i came back down to earth when i read that it was not the Robert Stack segments. Doo doo on you spike.

How else do you expect Spike to promote the series as "new"? Find a new host/narrator, change some music, re-edit, toss in 5 seconds of "updated" footage and ta-da! New show! At least, that's what they're telling themselves.

That show was great, and really well done. They made every story believable. Even if it was so outrageous that you couldn't conceive of that happening. You find yourself thinking, "That can happen." But Robert Stack made that show. It'll never be Unsolved Mysteries without him.
I always wondered how a show like this managed to wind up on Lifetime.
