Unreleased scene from DVD up on youtube!

the RT says something about the Doctor and Amy having a 'special tea party' in the CiN listings and a preview of the Xmas special...

Cue scenes of Matt and Karen carrying placards that say "Commies Out!" "No to health care for all!" and "Obama = Davros!"

;)

THE DOCTOR: "When they said Obama wasn't from America, they didn't know how right they were..."
OBAMA unmasks himself to reveal that he is actually the Last of the Jaggaroth!

Now that's a cliffhanger!

I am quite sure FOX News will find tape in there cameras of Obama turning into the Master, most useful.

in relation to that first clip, it seems to suggest what we have seen on Confidetnail, that the set is alot of fun to work on, things like the Pregnency bump dance.

Yeah, what a riot. :borg:

Still, at least there's no Barrowman around flashing his cock now.

I just saw the first two clips--thanks for posting. They were awesome. I can't wait for the next season, or series, or whatever it is they call it now.

And how do you know these scenes weren't part of the budget for series five?

Actually, the two scenes could well have been financed by 2 Entertain, seeing as they were produced specifically for the DVD/BD, and all.

As it is, it's made pretty clear that the Video Diaries, as well as the blooper reel, fell under Confidential's purview, so they might well have paid for those.

On a side note, I've been seeing people complaining about there being no Children in Need mini-episode this year (though there's been mixed signals about that as I read here!) - but the fact is we've had an embarrassment of riches in terms of non-series "special projects" this year. We don't really need a CiN as well.

The list (more or less in order they came out):

1. The David Tennant BBC idents (which aired after last year's CiN so they count)
2. The BBC Radio cut-ins that promoted Series 5 (Matt Smith, as the Doctor, interrupting several programs).
3. The Doctor Who Adventure Games which are considered canon and feature Smith and Gillan (3 so far, the 4th my prediction is will be out by Christmas).
4. Amy's History Hunt, the online game with original footage of Gillan.
5. The mini-adventure featured during the Proms.
6. The Doctor Who Live material.
7 & 8. The Meanwhile in the TARDIS scenes from the DVD.
- And I think Smith and Gillan recorded new voiceovers for the DS and Wii games coming out in the UK this month, too. AND there's a very good chance (though this won't count towards the BBC total) of Craig Ferguson getting Smith to do some sort of DW-related skit on Tuesday night.

Yes, granted, not all of these are available worldwide. But, still, compare this to past years where the most you might get is a CiN short, and an oddball like Music of the Spheres, and that's it. They've been plenty busy, so I can forgive them if they don't get round to doing a CiN short this year.

Hell, I'd be worried about burning Smith and Gillam out at the rate they're going.

And howcum Arthur isn't doing more of these? He's an official companion as well.

I thought there's meant to be a clip from the Christmas Special for CiN this year. That's what I've heard somewhere anyway.

there is, Digiguide is also saying something about a tea party, so far they are the only ones to be saying that

That second clip ... when Amy and the Doctor are standing at the door, they have shadows cast across them from something unseen. These shadows aren't present in "The Beast Below", but interestingly, they sort of look like the seal of Rassilon to me. Does anyone concur?

If you're talking about what I think you're talking about that's from the skylight above the door, and it either contains or is designed in the style of the Seal and other Gallifreyan writing.
