How many languages do you know? I know English and given time I can read Spanish, but it's a very long process.

I think it is a mess. For example, the shuttle crashlands on a primitive planet and the natives who aren't very advanced understand every word. How can two people with different languages communicate by staring at each other. I think my cat would shun from giving me an explicit answer.
