And I'll repeat myself. Wow.

Um, the US Navy had several variants floating around, especially recently as they figured out a new work uniform. Is it me, or shouldn't a service have a Uniform "Uniforms" policy and not have dozens of different variants floating around?
Most services only have 1x set of "Uniforms" in play at any given time, and only has a short "Transitionary" period before they move onto the next set.
And usually "Uniforms" last a long time, they aren't changed nearly as often as seen in Star Trek.
Star Trek is also a TV show which has to adhere to marketing's desire for new product to merchandise. Therefore, constant uniform changes. And of course they wouldn't change as often as Trek. Trek is post-scarcity with replicators and fabricators and whatnot.
Did the white room have black curtains, and was it by a station?I did once. Some really nice people came and took me to a white room. I don't remember the name but the food was nice.
