Uniforms in the new series

I don't mind the update, they should've just ditched the uniforms as well.

Maybe they will at some point in the season. The promotional photography for ds9 season 5 had the crew in the older uniforms and not the first contact uniforms they switched to mid-season.

I'm guessing there's no Starfleet in the 32nd Century.

Don't be so sure.

I mean, there is still a Federation (just vastly reduced in size), so why wouldn't there be a Starfleet?
