Yes, but by rewinding time, you still have to account for how Teal'c GOT in the shield in the first place. He got there because of what he did in the past. Rewinding time should have also produced the younger Teal'c.
I'm all for Old Teal'c pushing the younger version out the airlock! But the rewinding time line doesnt have to account for what you said, simply because he actually does get into the stasis shield. From that point, the device holds him there and prevents him from moving backwards with everyone else as they rewind time. Ie, he is outside of the timefield present in the bubble enclosing the ship, and isnt affected when it rewinds itself.
Dont think of it as one large time line where they mill about doing things in it, think of each character having their own timeline sticking out the front and out the back of them. When they hit the rewind button, all the characters on the ship, except Teal'c, move back fifty years on their timeline, as Teal'c is in the stasis shield, he stays at his point on his own line.
Therefore no younger teal'c at the end, as teal'c doesnt regress back to being younger teal'c in the first place.
At the point where they implement the time bubble, think of that as Point A. At this point, all characters are at the "younger" point. They then spend fifty years within the bubble before they work out how to reverse the time field and get out of it. This is Point B. They then prepare everything and realise that if they just hit the rewind switch and reverse back to Point A, then everything will just repeat it self and they will find themselves back at Point B. Someone needs to stay in the stasis shield so that they dont get affected by the reversing time and can arrive back at Point A with the memories, age and experience they had at Point B.
They then rewind time and get back to Point A. Everyone except Teal'c who is still at Point B (ie fifty years older) due to being in the stasis shield. So there is no younger Teal'c at Point A anymore.
New, older Teal'c saves the day with the program to shut down the Asgard core, and they all warp out of there to home. Daniel, Vala, Carter, Mitchel and Landry are all at the same age they were at the begining of the episode, Teal'c is fifty years older.
Once again, we prove there is no younger Teal'c after they rewind time!
