Can’t wait to see more - fantastic!
How about a splash of color, eh?
Why won't this let me like this more than once?
Are those paired phaser bank/torpedo launchers there, or is one turret simply turned the other direction?
They are both phaser ball turrets. One is just pointed the opposite way. I will flip the both around the proper direction later.
That is stunning! great work!
I see you're using a TMP-style bridge module. Nice touch.
Actually, it's the exact same bridge module on the Kelvinverse 1701.
Which is, pretty much, the TMP bridge module.
With a window.
Well, tonight I finally roughed in the rear underside of the secondary hull and pylons. I knew these forms would be really tricky for someone like me who isn't a veteran modeler so I kept putting it off. Nonetheless, I was able to do it. And with that, ALL forms are now roughed in. This is the general body shape. Nacelles are temporary placeholders (but accurate) by Alexander Klemm.
And yes, that is an inverted shuttlebay door.
Yeah, this entire design is winning! And the model your making is stunning.
That looks great! loving the reveals of this thread!
I have now completed modeling the upper front of the Salcombe. Also put a mix of final and temporary textures to get an idea how how it'll look. Nacelles are temporary (but accurate) by Alexander Klemm.
Love the detail to things like the forward torpedo launchers and the Federation seal on the dorsal hull. Very nice work!
