Two Prometheus in DS9?

As said, the ship was mostly shot so that the name on top of the hull was invisible - hence the footage could later be used for the Lexington in "Explorers" and for some shots of the T'Kumbra in "TMOttH".

However, there were two or three shots where the name could theoretically be read off the sides of the pylons or the fantail.

As you can see, TV resolution doesn't allow for identifying the ship from those pictures. One'd need a really big screen and a somewhat better copy of the episode to actually tell.

Indeed, the only shot where even the registry of the ship can truly be read is the penultimate establishing one of the ship, from below:

Back then, Nebulas and Galaxies didn't have names painted on the saucer undersides, so we never see the name Prometheus on screen clearly enough to be read.

The final shot is again one optimized for anonymity, with the registry in shadow:
