Two different Dune 4k BluRay sets?

I want to get the David Lynch Dune on 4K BluRay. There seem to be two different versions, though, and I'm not sure which to get. Can anyone help?

Here's one.

And here's the other.

About the only difference I can see is that the second version has separate discs for regular and 4K BluRay (and has not been released yet), whereas the first version only has the 4K BluRay. Since that's all I really care about, the first version would seem to be the better option. If there's anything I'm missing, though, regarding how these sets are different, I'd appreciate any assistance...

Yes, the first one has the movie itself on 4K, and a second regular blu-ray with bonus features but not the movie. The second set has those two discs, plus a third disc which is the movie on regular blu-ray.

The second one also has that collectible steelbook packaging, if you are into that sort of thing.

Incidentally, Arrow is also supposed to be releasing a third 4K set, the "deluxe steelbook." It will have the three discs, and it's rumored to include some kind of memorabilia/souvenir, too.

I'm just interested in the movie itself. Extras don't really appeal to me.

It would be a hell of a lot easier if I could just get the movie from iTunes, but they only have the standard 1080p version. They don't have it in 4K. So that's the only reason I care about getting it on disc (which I normally don't do anymore).

The other day I saw that a Barnes and Noble in my area had the non-steelbook release. It appears to come with a booklet or something, bundled in a cardboard case along with the disc case.

I already own it on 1080p Blu-ray. It's not a very good transfer but I can wait for the price for the 4K version to drop from £30. Amazon UK only lists the 2-disc version. However, there is a 3D Blu-ray version listed for the German market ( it has both English and German soundtracks) for £85(!) but I expect it's a pretty crappy conversion.
