Twin Peaks

The tragedy is that Lynch wanted to follow up with a sequel film showing events after the series. I wonder to this day why that one wasn't done first.

Well, Laura said she'd see Cooper in 20 years... we haven't completely lost our chance - are the actors doing anything important right now?

Loved the first season of Twin Peaks. I wish there were more shows like that (freaky, scary, imaginative, sexy) on TV. American Horror Story this fall is a possibility.

I seem to remember rumors that there's a huge chunk of footage from Fire Walk With Me, some of it set after the end of the series, that's never been released. If that's true, I really hope it ends up on a Blu Ray release at some point.

Not rumors, fact. They were going to be on the last release of FWWM in a proposed special edition. Lynch agreed, but he wanted them fully restored before inclusion, which was deemed too costly (there is somewhere around 45 minutes of footage). The rumor now is they may be featured on a new blu-ray release.

This article examines the shooting script and has several pictures from filmed deleted scenes.
