I think I was actually asking, how embarrassed must he have been when it was explained to him. I suppose the answer is, about as embarrassed as anyone else in real life is when they misuse technology.

I don't know that I'd be embarrassed if someone gave me outdated tech to use & I wasn't entirely aware that they had. I mean, once they pointed it out, he seemed exceptionally skilled at using a keyboard.
Look at it like this, if someone gave me a manual transmission car & didn't tell me, & it wasn't easily apparent where the shifter was, so they had to then mention it, I'd still be able to drive it pretty darn well, once I knew.
