I think it may be on Delta Vega, and it may be Scotty (explaining why he is wet in the other trailers) or his assistant per the 20 minutes of screened footage traversing the tubes.

Looks okay, doesn't get me like the other trailers though, mostly because of that "No no no" shot from Kirk (and I wished they had used the newest trailer's music.) Anyone know where this is airing?

This sounds like the same "kid-friendly" (no Uhura taking her uniform top off or Kirk maneuvering over Orion chickie) one described by Vektor in this thread. It was run before a showing of Monsters vs. Aliens.

Geesh guys, you aren't thinking. The film is in yet ANOTHER timeline where Spock went back and took the duct tape off the console.

It sounds like Kirk is saying it, but I'm not sure exactly who he is talking to. I believe he is talking about Nero's ship going down or the Enterprise
